1. Offset Printing (Lithographic Printing)

Offset printing is the most common method used in packaging. It offers excellent color accuracy and fine detail, especially for large volumes.

Best for: Rigid boxes, folding cartons, paper bags

Features: Smooth gradients, rich color, cost-effective for bulk runs

2. Flexographic Printing

Flexo printing is commonly used for corrugated boxes and simple designs. It prints directly on rougher surfaces and is ideal for high-speed, large-scale production.

Best for: Corrugated shipping boxes, kraft boxes

Features: Fast, economical, but less detailed than offset

3. Digital Printing

Perfect for short-run or prototype packaging, digital printing allows for fast turnaround and flexible customization without plate setup.

Best for: Small batch orders, personalized packaging

Features: No plate needed, quick setup, slightly higher unit cost

4. Silkscreen Printing (Screen Printing)

Used for special finishes or when printing on non-standard surfaces like fabric, wood, or plastic. Also often applied for spot gloss or logos.

Best for: Special effects, branding elements

Features: Strong color saturation, excellent for surface textures
